Representation And Warranties Use of the Services is subject to the laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria regarding the prevention of terrorist financing and anti-money laundering. If a disagreement or dispute in any way involves the Services or these Terms and cannot be resolved between you and us with reasonable effort, the disagreement or dispute shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, and will be conducted before a panel of three (3) arbitrators appointed pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, LFN 2004.
